Born and raised in New Jersey, Stan Steele Jankowski has been living the musician's life full‑time since high school — writing, singing, playing, and recording with a drive that never cooled off. A true DIY force, he writes all his own music, records in his own studio, and plays every instrument on his tracks. The sound is his, top to bottom.
Stan has been a fixture of the NJ/NY scene for decades, performing weekly as a solo artist and bringing that unmistakable Jersey grit to every stage he steps on. Along the way, he's played with Jersey Shore icons and 70s staples and mixed with Bon Jovi in the very, very beginning. His reputation as a guitarist is well-earned — tone, feel, and fire — the kind of player other musicians talk about.
He's toured as both a musical director and a hired gun for several recording artists, always delivering the goods with professionalism and soul. And now, after a lifetime of stories, stages, and songs, Stan is putting the finishing touches on a brand‑new album of his own toons.
