Jeff Greenleaf is an award‑winning Malibu singer, songwriter, and composer whose music lives at the crossroads of folk storytelling, retro indie rock, and soulful blues. A gifted multi‑instrumentalist, he’s known for his expressive harmonica work, percussive guitar style, and the kind of melodic hooks that stay with you long after the song ends.

A prolific force in the world of TV and film licensing, Jeff has built one of the most active sync catalogs in Los Angeles. With music signed to five major publishing companies, his tracks have landed thousands of placements across more than 400 television shows, including broadcasts on Super Bowl LIII (CBS), The Oprah Winfrey Show, The View, The Tonight Show, and The Young and The Restless.

Jeff’s songwriting has earned international recognition across Folk and Spiritual genres. He was named an official finalist for the 2026 ISSA USA Male Songwriter of the Year. His single “Little Hummingbird” won Best of North America in the Folk category at the 2025 InterContinental Music Awards.

At the European International Music Awards, he earned a Gold medal for “I Surrender” in the Spiritual/Christian category, along with Silver medals for “Carry You With Me” and “Little Hummingbird.”

In 2026, the Global Music Awards honored him with two Silver medals for “Little Hummingbird” (Best Folk Song) and “I Surrender” (Best Christian Song).

When he’s not composing for major networks, Jeff brings his original music to iconic Los Angeles stages, including the Whisky a Go Go and the Viper Room. He also plays lead guitar in Grateful Wolf, a Grateful Dead tribute band known for its spirited, improvisational sets.
