Sonic 67 is a Cleveland-based original rock project built on powerful songs, memorable melodies, and the kind of guitar-driven energy that never goes out of style.
The band's sound is rooted in the timeless pull of rock music — big riffs, strong hooks, and a commitment to writing songs that hit with purpose.
The name reflects the heart behind the project. “Sonic” speaks to a lifelong obsession with sound — tone, frequencies, and the raw electricity that music creates. “67” nods to 1967, a year packed with legendary releases and the debut of one of the coolest Mustangs ever built. Both influences fuel the attitude, creativity, and spirit that define Sonic 67.
Drawing from classic rock, hard rock, modern rock, and metal, Sonic 67 focuses on original music where songwriting and musicianship carry equal weight.
The debut EP, Balancing Frequencies, showcases that approach through five tracks built on driving guitars, melodic depth, and themes that feel both personal and universal.
In the studio and on stage, Sonic 67 works with musicians who bring the songs to life. The debut EP features hPr on lead vocals, backing vocals, and all guitars, Marc Healy on bass, and Jerry Buescher on drums and backing vocals. Whether in a small club or on a bigger stage, the mission stays the same: deliver authentic rock, connect with listeners, and keep guitar-driven music alive.
Sonic 67 is one of those projects that keeps classic rock alive — not by copying it, but by carrying its spirit forward with real songs, real guitars, and real intent.
